Check the Auction Details page for inspection times and the location of the items. We always recommend inspecting items before bidding so you can assess their condition for yourself.

Photos and descriptions are provided to help guide your decision, but seeing an item in person is often the best way to make sure it meets your expectations. Our team processes more than 33,000 items each week, and while we work hard to describe items accurately, inspections give you the best opportunity to check details such as condition, colour, size, and completeness before placing a bid.

Please note that, due to Queensland legislation, vehicle inspections at our Carrara facility cannot be conducted on Sundays or public holidays.

Some auctions are “online viewing only,” which means in-person inspections are not available. In these cases, we recommend reviewing all photos and descriptions carefully and bidding within your comfort level.
