Collection timeframes vary between auctions, but in most cases you will have approximately three days to collect your items. The exact collection dates and times are listed on the Auction Details page for each auction.

It is important to collect your items within the stated timeframe. In some cases, items may remain at our warehouse after the collection period, however we cannot guarantee their security, condition, or availability once the advertised collection times have passed.

Some auctions are conducted at third-party or onsite locations, such as businesses closing down, where strict access deadlines apply. In these situations, all items must be removed by the specified time as we may be required to vacate the premises immediately afterward.

Items not collected within the required timeframe may be considered abandoned in accordance with our terms and conditions. This policy helps us manage incoming auction stock and maintain efficient operations across our sites.
