Unique Sales Strategy

Lloyds Auctions cover all forms of auctioning including online, simulcast and traditional (both in-room and onsite).

We take the time to learn our client’s needs and we customise campaigns to suit the client’s requirements.

This can involve working around a client’s time restraints, or whether they wish to keep their assets onsite or move it to one of our venues, for example. We also get a detailed account of their exact their expectation for the auction and the results they are looking for.

We acquire all this information so we can find what is important to them and customise a campaign to suit what they need.

Alongside this campaign process we have a unique online auction system which is the closest available experience to attending a traditional auction, allowing each lot to have its own time on the online podium. This ensures the best result as every bidder has equal opportunity to bid in the closing seconds of every lot.

We understand our client’s expectation. If the auction happens to fall short of that expectation, our team go into negotiations until either it is met or a positive outcome is achieved.
