Over 700 pieces of equipment from the Gold Coast City Council will be going to auction this Saturday, with the majority of lots being completely unreserved.

“This auction is one of the most highly anticipated auctions for the local community, we are expecting thousands of people to show up on the day with enquiries flooding in from both the Gold Coast and Brisbane” said Mr. Glenn Screech Head of Business Development.

“The Gold Coast City Council conduct this auction bi-annually, generally after they have accumulated enough to hold an onsite sale,” he commented.

“The items in this auction have been meticulously maintained, and also have great service records, so this auction is a really great opportunity for anyone looking to get their hands on some high-quality gear,” Mr. Screech continued.

There is a wide range of reliable big brand items that have generally been used minimally for specific projects, including all-terrain vehicles, quad bikes, jet-skis, tinnies, ride on mowers, chainsaws, jackhammers and more.

Each item going under the hammer have been serviced, maintained, and safety-checked by the Council’s mechanics, making this auction a great opportunity for those looking to get their hands on
some high-quality equipment at a great price.

It is extremely rare to have such a high volume of quality equipment going under the hammer at any one given time, making this auction one of the most exciting council auctions for the year yet.

“A lot of councils will sell bit by bit, so to have this much quality in one space at one time is rare,” Mr
Screech said.

“Some brands include the likes of Kawasaki, Honda, Husqvarna, STIHL, Yamaha, John Deere, Iseki, Kubota.

“If you’re looking to upgrade your own models, or simply looking for a great new piece of equipment in immaculate condition, then this auction is definitely one not to miss,” he continued.

This auction will commence at 9am in Carrara on Saturday 24th November, with inspections kicking off at 7am, prior to auction.
