Tasting note: This Cabernet Sauvignon is full bodied with a rich supple texture. The blackcurrant and classic dark fruit displayed on the palate are seamlessly integrated with the spicy French oak characters. The lengthy palate delivers a complex wine with depth and generosity.

Tasting note: This Shiraz is full bodied with a smooth rich texture. Notes of dark cherry, bay leaf and dark chocolate are followed by blackberry on the palate and balanced with hints of vanillin oak. The lengthy palate is mouth filling and concentrated, displaying outstanding depth and intensity.

RRP $300 per case, $50 per bottle

Tasting note: A site specific wine, drawn from grower blocks where the vines are treated with the respect deserving of their status as elder statesmen of the region. Dry grown parcels, left to take their sweet time on the vine, from a wonderfully warm but consistent season contribute that intensity in the glass. We then allow these parcels two years in barrel affording the wines the perfect amount of time in oak to really come into their own, tannins become velvety and reinforce the wine’s balance.

Tasting note: Born from a spirit of playfulness, this deceptively attractive blend takes our Clare Valley Shiraz and funks it up with a solid whack of Mataro… and old school workhorse variety that has been an example of reinvention… from light, early picked styles in the late 1800’s through to a starring role in the mid century fortified rush to the modern era where this robust, heat loving beastie plays well with so many others- Shiraz is a classic match! Think floral notes, spice, subtle earthy notes and structure lending a whole new edge to our powerfully elegant Shiraz.
