From patina-styled American pickups and classic fastbacks through to Australian muscle and highly sought-after off-roaders, the month showcased the growing appetite for vehicles with individuality, heritage, and standout presentation.

1965 Ford F100 Custom Rat Rod – Sold for $42,300
Finished in silver patina, this custom-built Ford F100 Rat Rod combined classic truck styling with serious V8 performance. Powered by a 351 Windsor V8 featuring Holley Terminator EFI, C6 automatic transmission, and Truetrac LSD, the Queensland blue-plated build delivered plenty of attitude and drew strong enthusiast attention throughout the auction.

1965 Ford Mustang Fastback – Sold for $39,500
Presented in orange with white lower body stripes, this Mustang Fastback featured a V8 engine paired with a 5-speed manual transmission and updated drivetrain components. Sitting on iconic Magnum 500 alloy wheels, the coupe captured the unmistakable look and spirit of mid-1960s American muscle.

1973 Volkswagen Type 2 Kombi – Sold for $25,000
Finished in classic red and white and showing just 22,926 kilometres, this genuine Type 2 Kombi was powered by an air-cooled 1.6-litre flat-four engine with manual transmission. Few vehicles carry the same nostalgic charm as a Kombi, and this well-presented example proved popular with collectors and lifestyle buyers alike.

1981 Toyota LandCruiser FJ40 RV-UC Wagon – Sold for $59,000
Restored in build-plate-correct Sage Green, this FJ40 LandCruiser showed just 25,435 kilometres and was powered by Toyota’s legendary 4.2-litre inline-six petrol engine paired with a 4-speed manual transmission and 4WD system. Rugged, highly collectible, and increasingly hard to find in restored condition, the FJ40 generated strong bidding interest.

1975 Chrysler VK Valiant Charger R/T Tribute – Sold for $54,000
Finished in striking Hemi Orange with black detailing, this Charger R/T Tribute showed 128,228 kilometres and was powered by a 265ci Hemi Six featuring individual throttle bodies and automatic transmission. Combining aggressive styling with classic Aussie muscle appeal, the Charger stood out as one of the more distinctive builds of the event.
