December Classic Car Auction Recap

We celebrated the last classic car auction of the year with a bang! From people bidding in the room to an online frenzy, this auction captivated viewers across the nation. Let’s take a look at some of the standouts for the December auction.

We all love a 1971 Ford XY Fairmont – GT Tribute! This vehicle was finished in track red and had a full nut and bolt restoration with brand new interior, selling for $95,000. Congratulations to the new custodian!

We can never overlook a good old Chrysler. The 1971 Chrysler VH Charger was no exception, selling for $47,000. Finished in orange and fitted with a bunch of extras, this is sure to be loved by the new custodian.

The 1978 Mercedes Benz 450SL was another showstopper selling for $35,000. The bidding was fierce on this Aussie delivered classic that had all mechanics and interior restored to a very high level.

And last but not least, the classic 1949 MG TC Midget selling for $30,350. This vehicle was in factory original condition and has been a part of the WA owners club community for the last 10 years and has won national and state concourses throughout the years. Congratulations to the new custodian.

Those are just a few sold lots from what was another very successful auction. As always, you will find our next LIVE classic car auction on the last Saturday of every month, the next one being Saturday 27th January from 10am. This will be a very special auction, featuring some of the rarest heritage plates ever come to auction. We’ll see you then!
