North Coast NSW (Coffs Harbour)

The Aylward – Lloyds Partnership

Glenn Aylward and the Coffs Harbour team have over 32 years experience working in the auction industry conducting disposal programs and preparing valuation reports both locally and other regions throughout NSW. A significant part of our work is contracted locally to professional firms involved in company insolvency wind-ups, business administrators and bankruptcy professionals. We regularly dispose of goods on behalf of all the major banks, financial institutions, local and Federal Government which can on occasions require our specific management expertise in putting together a successful onsite auction program anywhere around the country.

Aylward Auctioneers is now part of the Lloyds Auctions national brand and prides itself in being a specialist in this area. We strive for professionalism in every aspect of what we do and continually educate and upgrade our capabilities in providing auction disposal and valuation services. Our innovative auction methods, attention to detail and our commitment to the auction business have resulted in becoming a trusted and respected company in the northern NSW region.

We will advise you of the best location and time to hold your auction. We will inspect all items and or equipment, recommending any repairs or clean-up necessary to ensure you will obtain the best dollar return possible on your assets or investments.

Along with ongoing onsite auction commitments, we also hold regular general clearance in-house disposals as necessary from our auction complex at Toormina NSW. These sales may feature goods or equipment from any of the above matters and may also include general items such as office equipment and furniture, surplus local government small plant & equipment, computers, loss adjuster goods and finance matter vehicles etc.

Well known in northern NSW, much of the work secured by our company has resulted from referral by satisfied clients. If you’re thinking about having an auction, why not call and discuss your needs with us at no obligation.

American Society of Appraisers (ASA)

Scott Webber is one of the founding partners at Lloyds and has worked for the company from its inception in 2004. In that time Scott has been a Licensed Auctioneer and Qualified ASA Valuer. Prior to Lloyds, Scott was a Farm Manager at Cubbie Station in Queensland, he has an earthmoving and agricultural background.

Scott is heavily involved in daily valuations. He acts for a wide range of clients and vendors including Insurance companies, Financiers, Insolvency Practitioners, Government branches, Joint Ventures and Alliances, large companies, and private individuals. Scott personally co-signs and oversees every valuation report completed by Lloyds. On average the Lloyds valuations department conducts over 500 appraisals per financial year.

Scott has managed many auctions and private sales, previously completing an approximate average of 400-800 traditional auction lots per week. Scott offers a wealth of experience as an Auctioneer and Valuer in all aspects of Valuations and Asset Disposals.

Having headed disposal programs for Major Infrastructure Alliances, Joint Venture partnerships and Government projects throughout Australia, Scott has a wide range of experience in the Civil Construction, Earthmoving, Manufacturing and Agricultural sectors offering a “turn key” service from start to finish.
