Andrew formed Lloyds Auctioneers & Valuers in 2004 and is the Managing Director. He is well known in the industry and has always been in this field, having been a Licenced Auctioneer & Valuer for over 20 years. In this time he has conducted Auctions & Valuations over a wide array of equipment.
While still conducting Auctions & Valuations he now specialises in service contracts, project management and the development of systems and quality assurance for the business.
Chief Operations Officer
As the Company’s Chief Operating Officer Lee has extensive Auction experience with a digital background. He originally joined Lloyd’s in dual roles of logistics and online digital artistry.
Lee’s primary role is turnkey management of day to day operations of the enterprise. This includes an onsite and offsite workforce team of over 150 team members. His commitment to implement strategic procedure ensures the company sets continual lofty standards of delivery. Future proofing roles include setting comprehensive corporate goals with other executives, developing and forecasting business strategies in an ever changing environment and interpretation of key data and online metrics.
While people are his passion Lee remains invested in the morphing of his original roles into the social media and cyber aesthetics, thus he continues strategic input in this space

Scott Webber is one of the founding partners at Lloyds and has worked for the company from its inception in 2004. In that time Scott has been a Licensed Auctioneer and Qualified ASA Valuer. Prior to Lloyds, Scott was a Farm Manager at Cubbie Station in Queensland, he has an earthmoving and agricultural background.
Scott is heavily involved in daily valuations. He acts for a wide range of clients and vendors including Insurance companies, Financiers, Insolvency Practitioners, Government branches, Joint Ventures and Alliances, large companies, and private individuals. Scott personally co-signs and oversees every valuation report completed by Lloyds. On average the Lloyds valuations department conducts over 500 appraisals per financial year.
Scott has managed many auctions and private sales, previously completing an approximate average of 400-800 traditional auction lots per week. Given that the Lloyds system is now online, traditional auctions are very minimal and are completed in a simulcast method, to comply with contracts we have with major government departments. Although Scott’s focus is currently Valuations, he still oversees and runs auctions weekly on a wide variety of assets from motor vehicles to very specialised process lines.
Scott offers a wealth of experience as an Auctioneer and Valuer in all aspects of Valuations and Asset Disposals.
Having headed disposal programs for Major Infrastructure Alliances, Joint Venture partnerships and Government projects throughout Australia, Scott has a wide range of experience in the Civil Construction, Earthmoving, Manufacturing and Agricultural sectors offering a “turn key” service from start to finish.

Tania has been in the auction and valuation industry for over 5 years and has been a Valuer with Lloyds Asset Services since October 2018. Since this time, she has collaborated on many projects and valued assets within the transport, marine, agriculture, construction, commercial catering / hospitality, earthmoving, and civil industries Australia-wide.
Tania has managed and maintained relationships with Lloyds Insolvency, Finance and Property clients, assisting them with their valuation and disposal needs on a daily basis.
Tania has completed her Accreditation with The American Society of Appraisers (ASA) specialising in Machinery & Technical Specialties (MTS). The American Society of Appraisers (ASA) provide exceptional valuation expertise as they earn their designations only after completing a rigorous course structure and peer-evaluation process that requires years of study, experience, dedication, and commitment. ASA’s follow both professional standards set forth by the Appraisal Foundation and the ASA’s own Code of Ethics and Principles of Appraisal Practice to promote accurate, objective opinions of values.
