Steve Sarkis is the current co-owner of Lloyds Auctions and has brought an expertise of growing businesses and developing strong relationships which he has developed over time prior to joining Lloyds. Steve invested into Lloyds with a passion for growing people and providing opportunities for the company. Prior to investing into the company formally, Steve was heavily involved with Lloyds with his passion for classic cars and the shared experiences he shared with the company. From here Steve had to join a passionate crew where he is actively seeking and driving business opportunities each day.

Steve’s history includes building the billion dollar company Bingo Industries back in 2005 alongside his family and has been continuing to invest into the growth of companies and people ever since.

Lloyds Auctions over the last few years have turned into Australia’s Greatest Auction House employing nearly 300 people and providing them with opportunity which continues to be his passion alongside his business partners.

Lee Hames

As Lloyds Chief Operating Officer, Lee is one of Australia’s top Auctioneers with a career spanning almost 20 years with a single Company – Lloyds. Literally starting on the back of the Lloyds delivery truck, Lee is across every aspect of auctioning and valuations. A Government licensed Auctioneer and Valuer, Lee has seen it all, living and breathing the business from the marketing through consigning to the hammer drop all the way to customer service and fulfilment.

With the founder of Lloyds, Lee has grown the business from humble beginnings to nearly 300 team members today, spanning nationally, in almost every State of Australia and with over a dozen locations, making Lloyds the “Premier Auction House of Choice” for commercial enterprises, corporates, liquidators, receivers, financiers, and professional firms.

Lee’s primary passion is growing people combined with nourishing and sustaining the great culture established by the founder and owners of Lloyds across all areas of the business. Leading an executive team of fourteen, Lee is committed to achieving robust growth both in existing verticals and new niche opportunities in the ever-evolving Auction and Valuations industry.

Matthew Kalinski

Matthew is amongst Australia’s leading valuers with 20+ years of experience helping businesses, banking, finance, legal, receiver and liquidator clients to assess, restructure, value and liquidate assets of entities from Airlines to Zoos and everything in between.  Matthew continues to build the national Lloyds Asset Services team using his trademark ‘passion, persistence and purpose’ approach to be delivering time and time again for Lloyds’ clients.

He now leads the valuations teams for Lloyds Auctions with a passion for encouraging his team to set and achieve high goals and produce great results for the company whilst growing the team’s skills starting with a great culture and team mindset.
